I have also received additional training and continue to remain on top of the latest techniques and research to provide the best and safe massage for my clients. This means that during your session you will remain comfortable while laying on your side while positioned with lots of comfortable pillows and cushions. Depending on your needs you may also be in a semi-reclined position for a short amount of time to receive some work to decrease swelling and reduce specific pain you may be experiencing.
